Elm Charcuterie board

Elm Wood is a durable hardwood native to eastern and central North America. Its unique interlocking grain structure creates beautiful patterns perfect for one-of-a-kind charcuterie boards.

All boards are finished with a food-grade mineral oil to hydrate the wood, prevent cracking, warping, and splitting. It also creates a protective water-resistant barrier against bacteria and odors.  The mineral oil extends the board's lifespan, keeps it from drying out, and ensures a hygienic, non-toxic food preparation/serving surface.
